I The Farmers' and Settlers' Association is awaiting legal opinion whether I the Government action in seizing wheat 'is ultra vires under the Commonwealth constitution. Meantime it has advised ; jts brandies regarding the working of .compensation claims. So far 150 appeals have been lodged against the price I paid by the Government, while the association has received two thousand apjeals.
