THE CUBS MUST COUNT. Ottawa, December 9. Mr Borden, speaking at the Canadian Club, Montreal, controverted Bernhard i's statement that the self-govern-ing Dominions might be ignored. He said that before the war closed, Germany would be confronted by a quarter of a million Boldiers from the self-governing Dominions.
