The Liberals favour the reduction of the Council's franchise and leave the other two questions open.

NEW LABOUR PARTY WANTED. Sydney, November 24. Tile Colliery Employees' Federation is calling a conference to consider the formation of a new labour party. It is stated that this is the outcome of the Government's action with regard to the Arbitration Act, the non-introduction of an Eight Hours' Bill, and the failure to abolish the Upper House and night mines.
