— THE OCCUPIER EXONERATED. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. After several sittings a conclusion was reached to-day to the inquiry into the circumstances attending the destruction by fire on October 3 of a grocer's shop in Taranaki Street, occupied by Claude Browne. The magistrate stated that, though the circumstances were suspicious, there was insufficient evidence to warrant the finding that Browne set fire to the shop.
