Italy's Position.
AUSTRIAN'S MASSED ON THE FRONTIER. < Venice, September 21. Two hundred' thousand Austrian troops are concentrated on the Italian frontier. Hundreds of Italians in Trieste have been strongly denounced as spies, arrested and their houses searched.
"LONG LIVE BRITAIN!" GREAT BRO-BRITISII OUTBURST IN ROME. Received 23, 1.40 a.m. Rome, September 21. A hundred thousand people took part in a demonstration outside the British Embassy on Sunday, giving deafening cheers and shouting "Long live Britain, tho friend of Italy!" Troops specially guarded the German and Austrian Embassies.
