.180,000 WORKERS RENDERED IDLE. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright Received 20, 11.35 p.m. Berlin, July 20. One hundred and seventy textile factories have locked out 18,000 workers, as the result of fifty striking for a general increase and a minimum wage. The employers are willing to raise wages where they are below the local scale.
