TRIALS COME LATER. By Cable. —Press Association.- -Copyright Rome, July 19. Signor Fornari promised to agree to his daughter's betrothal to Ulivi (who has an invention to produce explosions at a distance by means of ultra violet rays) provided that Ulivi proved the value of his invention. Ulivi evaded real tests and suddenly disappeared with her.

I'TvAUD ALLEGED. Received 21, 12.40 a.m. Rome, July 20. Experts accuse Ulivi of introducing sodium into his bombs, causing them to explode spontaneously.
