Mr. Cook writes that he concurs in the view of New Zealand that discussion of the matter should be postponed until representatives of the self-govern-ing Dominions meet at the Imperial Conference next year. Mr. Cook previously wrote that Australia House would probably cost £750.000. He thought anything further in the direction of a Dominions' housing scheme should come first from the other Dominions.
