THE FINANCE BILL.
POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS.

London, June 20.
Unionist newspapers point out the possibility of the Speaker refusing to certify the Finance Bill as being- only concerned with finance. If he does not, the House of Lords will be a'ble to re-
ject it, leaving the Government without supply. The doubt is due to Mr. Lloyd George's endeavor to raise taxation prior to legislation introducing his programme of social reform in view of a possible election.
