Evidence before the Meat Commission allowed tliat the American Trust is operating in England. Many exporters fear that the ultimate issue of the American company's movements here will benefit pastoralists for a time, because prices will rise. The only way they can get a permanent bold will be by paying more than exporters can afford, having large capital behind them.
