The delegates have notified Villa that they have deposed Carranza as the Constitutionalist leader and appointed General Angeles as provisional President of Mexico.
Carranza retorted by deposing An gcles, alleging disobedience of his orders.
The Peace Conference is reported to oe on the eve of relinquishing its work, which it now believes to be useless.
Received 20, 5.5 p.m. Niagara Falls, June 20. Judge Lamar, of the United States Mediation Commission, has notified Kmilie Robasa, the Mexican chief delegate, that the United States must insist on the acceptance of its plan for Mexican pacification. This being in the nature of an ultimatum, the Huertan delegates must yield or the mediation proceedings will end in a couple of days.
