ENGLISH OILMEN PROTEST.
GOVERNMENT SCHEME WILL HINDER DEVELOPMENT.

A meeting of those interested in the oil trade passed a resolution protesting against the Government's agreoment with the Anglo-Persian Oil Company, which would injure the industry by preventing active development of promising oil regions under the British flag.
