NEW CANADIAN SERVICE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 9, 9.5 p.m. Ottawa, June 8. a The Canadian Government is establishing a new trans-Pacific mail service fortnightly instead of monthly as hitherto. The two fastest of the Pacific Empresses are included in the service. The old contract expired and the British Government refused to continue its contribution.
