Representative Button has introduced a Bill making it a penal offence for any Cabinet officer to lecture for pay, also prohibiting senators or representatives from lecturing during Congressional sessions. Mr. Britton admitted that the Bill was directed against Mr. Bryan's latest lecture engagements.
