AMERICA AND FRANCE.
A TREATY ARRANGED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Washington, May 24. Mr. Bryan and M. Jusserand, French | Ambassador, have agreed to the terms of a peace treaty providing that all questions impossible of settlement by diplomacy shall be submitted to an international commission for investigation during at least one year, in whWh time hostilities shall not be entered on. A similar treaty is pending with Britain.
