ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 25, 11.45 p.m. London, May 25. The Tottenham Hotspurs beat Pforzheim by live goals to nil at Association football at Stuttgart. The play was rough throughout. When leaving the field, the opposing team and spectators assaulted the Hotspurs. Joyne, the goalkeeper, had his head cut open with an umbrella, and Pearson, another player, was injured with a stone. The Hotspurs' manager was atoned and robbed of £ls.
