The Times, in a leader, points out that dissatisfaction exists in Australia and New Zealand with the Pacflc cable, and 1 endorses the suggestions of the Dominions Commissions' second and interim reports. The Times adds: The Australians and New Zealanders recognise the need for keeping in touch with the United Kingdom, and are not afraid to run a State-owned enterprise at a loss if a considerable social advantage is desirable.
