INHUMAN TREATMENT OF WOMEN. Received 12, 5.5 p.ni. Rome, April 11. Baron Domicio Camavka has been arrested for imprisoning his sisters in his castle at Naples in 1 SOU. The police found an insane and half-clad woman lying on a mattress in a damp dungeon. The Baron confessed that she was his sister, and she and a younger sister had been placed in the dungeons because they disgraced the family. It was reported that the children had been killed. The younger died in 1010 as. the result of imprisonment.
