FATAL FALL FROM A TROLLEY. liy Telegraph—Press Association. Westport, Last Night. A lad named' W. Hansen died at. Birchlield to-day as the result of injuries caused by a fall from a trolley, used in connection with a flaxmill. .Deceased was the son of the manager of the mill.

DKATH UNDER ANAESTHETIQ. ' The death occurred at the New Plymouth Hospital yesterday morning, of Sydney Leary, of Leach Street, New Plymouth, carpenter. Dec*ased, who was only 29 years of agejwas undergoing a trepanning operation, and expired under the anaesthetic. An inqnest was opened vesterday before Mr A. Crookd; 5.M.,. District Coroner, and after formal evidence of identification, was adiourned until 11 a.m. today.
