.«. VIOLENT OUTBREAKS CONTINUE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, March 10. Violent attacks upon Russia continue in the German and Austrian press, which is sedulously working up a scare. A PANIC AVERTED, Received 11, 11.20 p.m. Berlin, March 11. The Russian war scare threatened to cause a panic on the Stock Exchange, but the fall was arrested by an official denial that the Government was preparing a Bill to expend £25,000,000 on ar tillevy and cavalry.
