Benning; South Auckland, Rev. 6ponee. Taranaki-Wanganui, Rev. Blamires; Hawke's Bay-Manawatu, Rev. Murray; Wellington, Rev. President Serpcll (exofficio); Nelson, Rev. Baumber; North Canterbury, Rev. Joughin; Otago, Rev. Drake; Southland, Rev. Ready. The officers and committee received' thanks for services rendered. The Rev. Mr. Ready reporter that Mr. D. Haynes had donated £SO to tlie South Island Methodist Orphanage. He reported that the total capital of the Xew Zealand fund on December 31 was £72,952. The balance-slieet was adopted.
