I'RAJSK FOR THE MEN. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, March 9. The Australian fleet has returned from a four-months' training cruise. Admiral Patey expresses himself well pleased with both ships and men. The crews are equal to any of their time of commission in the Home Fleet. Australian seamen, he says, are quick to learn and amenable to discipline.
