GREECE AND ALBANIA. By Cable —Press Association—Copvright Received 4, 12.35 a.m. Athens. March 3. Tho Greek Governor at Horyt/.a has handed over the town to the Albanian Government. Twelve hundred insurgents at Sarliuaranta declared autonomy, and occupied the dominating portion of Yasti. There are 1500 rebels inside Delvino, and 2500 outside. They notified that they would not recognise the Hellenic officials' authority.
