A 810 AEROPLANE. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright New York, March 2. Olen Curtiss is building an aeroplane for the Atlantic flight. He is confident of success. Payment for the machine will be made only after it has proved capable of carrying the stipulated load.
COMMONWEALTH FLEET. Melbourne, March 3. The first successful flights have been made by the Commonwealth air fleet, consisting of a biplane and monoplanes. AN ARMED AIRSHIP. Times-Sydney Sun Special Cables. Received 3, 0.10 p.m. Berlin, March 2. The Lang airship is provided with a platform for guns and bomb-throwing. The apparatus lias made a satisfactory trial.
