The annual sale of pedigree stock held by Mr. Newton King is becoming to he recognised as a first-class medium for purchasing pure-bred stock, and the sale to be held on the Showgrounds on Friday next should prove of more than ordinary interest to bleeders. Mr. C. F. Coulter, of Ilawkesbury, Blenheim, whose stock sold at last sale have given such satisfaction to purchasers, is sending another draft of heifers and bulls from his herd, and as they will be sold entirely without reserve, it .lines without saying that competition will be keen. Mr. E. Cirilliths, whose reputation as it breeder is too well known to need any comment from us, has also entered some very choice dairy cows and young bulls, which should be. eagerly sought after, combining as they do.'some" of the best dairying blood in the Dominion.
