CENTRAL MARKET URGED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, February 5. A conference of those interested in the meat industry recommended the Government to erect a central meat market. The quality and condition of some of the meat sent to Sydney was :m----aparingly condemned and was declared to be a scandal. It was said that the hordes of Asia would refuse to eat <?om» of the meat forwarded for < onsiiinpiioii.
