NEW TREATY PROBABLE. ADMISSION OF JAPANESE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Keceivtrd 23, 9.40 p.m. Washington, January 23. High otlicials connected with the Slate Department opine that the United States and Japan are likely to agree to a new treaty, governing the admission of Japanese into the United States. Although Japan, as yet, has not requested a new treaty, it is believed the next move will be along such lines.
