CORONER'S VERDICT. MUUDEU AND SUICIDE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 23, 5.15 p.m. Sydney. January 23. At the innuest on Richard Marsh and his wife (as cabled on the Kith inst.), evidence was given that the wife had separated from her husband owing-to the latter taking to drink, but she returned a few days before the tragedy. The son deposed that bis parents were quarrelling, and that his mother asked him to take down the picture of bis sister to prevent his father breaking it. His mother then stood in front of it, and his father said he would siioot her unless she Stood aside. She replied that he was not game to. Several shots followed. After the tragedy, his sister'-s picture was found riddled with bullets A verdict was returned of murder and suicide.
