The jury disagreeing, judgment was entered- on admission for £2l 12s lid on the first count. Leave was given plaintiffs to move for a judgment for 1193 9s 9d. On the second count a new trial is to be granted, if the parties fail to agree as to the remainder of the claim of £527$ (Is 8d special damages for breach of contract. Decrees nisi were granted in the following divorce cases:—Agnes Santoh t.. Richard James Santon (desertion),' Jessie Margaret Rogers v. Anthony Rogers (drunkenness and desertion), Robert!' Henry Taylor v. Elizabeth Taylor (misconduct). ;
