THE APPOINTMENT OF A JUDGE. , Per Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. At a meeting of the Band Contest Committee last night, it was decided that a telegram he sent to the Association pointing out that several bands had notified that they would not take part in the contest unless a judge from outside the Dominion was appointed, and to ask the Association to re-eonsider its decision in regard to " Mr. Jones' appointment.
