Sydney, June 9. The counting of absentee voters has not been finished in a single electorate. In some />nly a few hundred papers remain uncounted, in others several thousands.

ANOTHER ELECTION PREDICTED.

Received 10, 12.55 a.m. Sydney, June 9. The Federal writs are returnable on July 1. At the present rate of counting it looks as if many returns will be incomplete on that date. Excepting Mr. McColl (Liberal), who has gone into second place for the Senate, the Victorian positions are practically unchanged. Mr. Hughes predicts another election within twelve montth?..
