DAIRY FACTORY MANAGERS' ,, PROTEST. Per Press Association. Hamilton, Last Night. At a meeting of the Auckland Centre of the New Zealand Dairy Factory Managers' Association, held at Hamilton, the following resolution was carried unanimously: "That it be a recommendation to the iintiu.il meeting of the Association, to lie held at Palmerston North, that dairy companies outside the jurisdiction of the (Southland Union of Cheese Factory Managers, be circularised to the effect that in calling applications for managers it is the desire of the Association that the salary he stated in the advertisement of the factories. To comply with such will assuredly tend to the managers ranging themselves with the ranks of unionism as a means of receiving just and equitable treatment."
