CHARGES AT LYTTELTON.
Per Press Association. Cliristchurch, Last Night. Twelve charges against Lyttelton'youllis of failing- to render personal service in the Senior Cadet Company were heard at the Lvttelton Police Coi'rt this morning. One youth said that lie was already a member of lie Territorial* wtuu, and another said that when he , was transferred to Cliristchurch lu? verbally notified the Lyttelton commanding officer of his transfer, and lie was now serving in the Railway _ Department corps. The elltirges were dismissed; Two others stated that they wished to join the Territorials, and had made auplip!>catio.n to do so. Three others who did not appro r. were fined ten shillings and costs, and five others, who promised to attend regularly in future, were ordered to come up for sentence when called upoi).
