i A TRAIN WRECKED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Mexico City, April 11. The Mexican Central express train, fleeing from rebel attacks, was wrecked near Tula, in Hidalgo State. Twenty persons were killed. ACCUSATION OF MURDER. THE PLOT THAT FAILED. Received 13, 5.5 p.m. Mexico City, 'April 12. Vennstian Carranza, leader»of the Coaliuilla rebels, accuses ex-President Huerta of the murder of General Madero. He declares that lie will fight to the bitter end. The Mexican rebels loaded a car with dynamite and despatched it to Xaco, in Sonora, with the intention of killing the Federals occupying the town. The fuse failed to ignite. The Federals celebrated 1 the capture of the dynamite boisterously. Cannonading continues.
