RIFLE SHOOTING.

Those members of the Rifle Club who have not shot in the second competition of the championship, viz., ten shots at '(100 and 700 yards, will shoot on Saturday next. A match is to be fired on the Rewa Rewa range between the New Plymouth Defence Rifle Club and the I! Company .Territorials, to-morrow. The conditions 'are 7 shots at 300. 500 and 600 yards. The teams are as follow: — Rifle Club.—President A. L. Humphries. Riflemen W. Bruce. W. Winslade. G. Grover. T. Marett, E. Short, G. E. Blanehard and W. Nichols. Territorials—Lieut. F. Hartnell, ColorSergt. Reg. Sole, Sergt. H. C. Evans. Sergt. \V. Deihl, Corporal F. Mace, and Privates P. Hobson, S. Jury and S. Higgs.
