The Indian Government issues a warning that it is no uncommon practice for Afghans to deceive white women with false stories of the magnificence of their homes to induce them to marry them and accompany them from Australia to I Afghanistan, where they are promptly sold to the highest bidder and doomed for life to close imprisonment in a harem under barbarous conditions, becoming eventually miserable household slaves.
