TARIFF REFORM.

March 20. • President Wilson is Holding frequent Cabinet meetings to deal with the question of the recognition of the Chinese Republic. The President, is arranging to aid the tarill' fight by frequent meetings of party leaders at the Capitol. He intends to conduct a campaign throughout the country, if necessary, to carry the Democratic' tariff revision.
