The Crown Prince hail a remarkable demonstration oil entering Janina. The people embraced the soldiers and kissed the oflicers' hands. Six thousand of the garrison are sick and wounded. A part of the Turkish army left Janina on Wednesday in the direction of Albania, after pillaging the shops of the Christians. General Nuwo has been appointed Governor of .Janina. The Turkish prisoners at Epiras total 100.000.
FROZEN TO DEATH. FATE OF ARAB TROOPS. Received 9. 5.5 p.m. Constantinople, March 9. Several Turkish sentries were frozen to death at Chataldja and Bulair. It is reported that the Arab troops at the Dardanelles mutinied, owing to the cold, and that fifty were shot.
