AT OTIRA AND LAKE COLERIDGE. Christchuich, Februarv 2. The Hon. W. Fraser, Minister for Public Works, spent Saturday morning in receiving callers on public business and m transacting Departmental business. - Ur - Eraser, accompanied bv Mr H Dickson. resident engineer and the contractor and foreman of works, then went over the new Government Buildings, which are being erected in Worcester street.
