DEATH FROM HEART FAILURE. By Telegraph—Press Association. T . , Dunedin, Friday. John Muirhead, a widower, while driving the corporation dust cart at the wharf this morning, appeared to collapse and fall over the drav wheel, which passed over his body. When picked up lie was dead. It is thought his collapse was due to heart failure.
