Brisbane, January 31. A cyclone is raging at Cairns, with terrific wind and rain. There are mountainous seas off the coast, and shipping is sheltering. Slight damage was caused,to houses at Port Douglas, and the young crops have been affected. Adelaide, January 31. Cyclonic disturbances are reported from Port Darwin, accompanied by heavy rain.
