CASE BEFORE SUPREME COURT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Another oil-boring action was before, the Supreme Court to-day, when the Chief Justice heard a special case stated in connection with proceedings commenced by Linda Elizabeth Hedley, married woman, of Auckland, against the British Empire Petroleum Co.. Ltd. The main action is a claim by Mrs. Hodley for specific performance of an agreement by the defendant company, or in the alternative, damages for breach of contract. Mr. M. Myers appeared for the .plaintiff and Sir John Findlay, K.C.. with Mr. D. M, Findlay, for the defendant company. Judgment was reserved.
