The Morning Post advocates a teaching colonial university at London, on the lines of the German colonial schools, where lectures on colonial administration, law, geography, politics and commerce resources are delivered. It suggests that the Imperial and Colonial Institute should co-operate with this output. Mr. Sidney Low, lecturing before the British Academy, advocated similar action. He suggested that the governments of the Dominions contribute a part of the initial cost.
