Til 15 WOOL SALES. By Cable- Association—Copyright. .Melbourne, November 29. At the wool sales, competition was keen and well distributed. The high prices of the earlier part of the week were well maintained toward* the close, in sympathy with the London sales, which failed to fully realise expectations. Bidding showed irregularity, and the withdrawals were somewhat heavy. Finer sorts, however, showed a strong demand. AUSTRALIAN MARKETS. Received '29, 10.25 p.m. Sydney. November 20. The potato market is ' bare. Locals sold at £lB.
