SPEECH BY MR. REDMOND. THE DISESTABLISHMENT BILL. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, November 17. Mr. Redmond, speaking at York, said that the Unionist leaders, by their recent action, had proved themselves anarchists. They liad deliberately attempted to overthrow the majority by violence. If they succeeded, it would mean the end of Parliamentary Government. ■Mr. Asquith denies the rumor that the Government intends to drop the Welsh Disestablishment Bill. UNIONIST VIOLENCE. SIR E. GREY EXPLAINS. London, November 17. Sir Edward Grey, in a letter read at a Liberal meeting at Altwicli, commenting on Unionist militancy, stated that as no measure to which the Opposition object can operate until it is passed three times or an appeal has been made to the country, the Unionist violence is inexcusable. HOME RULE FINANCE. "ROTTEN TO THE CORE."
London, November 17. Mr. O'Brien, speaking at Cork, said the Home Rule finance was rotten to the core. Mr. Lloyd George bated Home Rule and land purchase, lie had brought the Bill and the (ioveriiment to the verge of ruin. Mr. Lloyd George had done more damage to Ireland's cause than anyone since Oliver Cromwell's time.
