BOWLING.

Both the New Plymouth and West End Bowling Clubs will bo officially opened on Thursday, November 7.

Delegates to the Taranaki Bowling Association will meet in the New Plymouth Club's pavilion on November 7 for the purpose of making arrangements for the tournament meeting.

A friendly match will be played on the New Plymouth Club's green on November 14, between bowlers from the three clubs who are members of the New Plymouth Association and any other five local rinks.
