FEDERATION OF LABOR.

THREATENED BREACH OF AGREEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. Mr. Fletcher, chairman of the Harbor Board, replying to the Waterside Unions'' notification re having a holiday on Wed-nesday-next as a Waihi demonstration, reminds the union of the agreement, and points out that this holiday will be a breach of it. If the union carries out its intention, the only course left open to him will be to carry on the Board's business to the best possible advantage with whatever labor is available.
