The revolt of the Malissori at Scutari was due to Turks shooting fourteen prisoners, alleging that they tried to escape, and imprisoning 150 Malissori. A TREATY CONCLUDED. Received 1!). 11.10 p.m. Berlin, September 19. The Cologne Gazette's Constantinopls correspondent says that under Russia's influence the Serbo-Bulgarian agreement has been concluded. It will secure joint action against Turkey.
