WAITARA. At the annual meeting of tie Waitara Bowling Club the balance-sheet showed receipts for the year £B4 15s Bd, and .the. expenditure £93 7s Bd. A debit balance of £lB 4s 5d was brought forward, and the debit is now £2O lfls 5d The assets stand at £279 14s, and the liabilities at £224 Is. The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mr. 11. Gilbert; vice-president, Mr. S. Wyllie; secretary and treasurer, Mr. S. G. Fraser (re-elected); assiutant-sccrc-tay, Mr. L. H. Sampson: committee, Messrs, S. Calder, L. Sampson, W. Andrew, A. F. Dugdale, A. J. Canton. W. Bent, W. H. Nosworthy; auditors, Messrs. T. Buchanan and W. H. Nosworthy; delegate 10 the Bowling Association, Mr. S. Wyllie; selection committee, Messrs. Wyllie, Andrew and W.! IT. Nosworthv. j
