The Daily Chronicle accuses the Government of seeking to seize Tibet and other Radical newspapers are very outspoken on similar lines. MONGOLIAN MISSION STOPPED. London, September 3. The officials in Darjeeling stopped a pseudo Chinese mission. It is believed that they are disguised Mongolians seeking a Tibetan .alliance with Mongolia. ■ THE JAPANESE VIEW. Received 5, 12.40 a.m. Tokio, September 4. There is no press comment upon British action in Tibet. The Foreign Office points out that China, has only herself t3 blame for the situation in Tibet and Mongolia and denies that the developments have resulted fr,om the Anglo-Russo-Japanese concert.
